ITINERARY

Day 1. Meeting in MADRID with all the determined PILGRIES.

Transfer by train to León and by bus to Triacastela, where we will start our journey! At the end of the route in Santiago, we will return to Madrid by train. Between stages we will have an assistance car, transfer luggage and supplies (snacks and liquid) is not for passengers, may carry one or two passengers for illness, extreme fatigue or injury.

Lodging: In cities before and after the Camino: Rooms for 2 or 4 persons in hotels or private hostels, During the Camino: Hostels for 4, 6 or 10 pilgrims (only for the group, no room sharing with other pilgrims).

Suitcase: You will walk alone with your daypack, your suitcase for the entire trip will be transferred from lodge to lodge. We will walk together with pilgrims from all over the world. We will stamp your pilgrim passport in emblematic places and corners. At the end we will be able to claim our pilgrim's diploma of the Camino de Santiago de Compostela. You can walk the road in a religious, spiritual or sportive way, we respect your way of walking it, you will have your own space during each step.

DAY 3. Start of the Camino. 7 stages, ending in Sarria, Portomarín, Palas del Rei, Melide, Arzúa, O Pedrouzo, Santiago de Compostela (The end of the stage may vary according to hostel availability at the time of booking).

General booking conditions

FIRST: COMPLIANCE. EXPLORA VERDE Travel and Tourism Agency with RNT 40954 and its operators are committed to the excursionist to fully comply with the stipulations of the program. SECOND: RESPONSIBILITY. EXPLORA VERDE. assumes no responsibility to the user for events such as: strikes, riots, earthquakes, weather conditions that alter the schedules of flights, boats and tours in the area due to rain or wind restrictions that cause the closure of ports and / or airports, security conditions, political factors, denial of entry permits and any other case of force majeure that may occur during the trip. In its capacity as intermediary, it has limited responsibility in the presentation of the services of the suppliers, likewise it does not interfere in the political decisions of the same for the benefit of the excursionist. THIRD: OF THE OPERATION. We reserve the right to make modifications to the tour according to unforeseen circumstances for the benefit of the traveler. The agency may modify, replace or cancel itineraries, land and / or river tours, hotels, optional services, which is now accepted by the passenger to purchase the services. FOURTH: PRICES. The prices set forth in this contract were calculated based on established market rates and confirmed departure date. Prices valid for payment in cash, virtual payments and bank transfers. IMPORTANT: Transfers to medical centers are at the expense of the traveler; the purchase of medicines must be paid for at the destination and in Bogota the reimbursement process will be made with the Colombiana de Asistencia insurance company.SEVENTH: CANCELLATIONS: At the time of booking, please confirm payment and cancellation policies. In case of cancellation or withdrawal by the passenger, the administrative fee of US$200 will be retained; and the money that has not been paid or spent due to reservations and payments to suppliers will be reimbursed in mention to the damage caused by blocked quotas in hotels and / or tours. FIRST PARAGRAPH: The tourist who, due to force majeure, is forced to withdraw from the excursion, understanding as force majeure illness not endorsed by the medical assistance card or domestic calamity in first and second degree of consanguinity, will be reimbursed for the services that have not been separated by the travel agency EXPLORA VERDE until the moment, except for the expenses that have been caused or will be caused later for reasons of cancellation, in addition to the discount of the penalty of EXPLORA VERDE. This does not apply in case of no-show on the day and time at the agreed meeting point. SECOND PARAGRAPH: In order for refunds to be applicable for any reason, they shall be formalized by means of a deposit to an account authorized by the registered passenger and shall be canceled upon presentation of the claim within a term no longer than (30) calendar days. However, if the process takes longer for reasons beyond EXPLORA VERDE's control, it will not recognize any interest on the amounts to be refunded. THIRD PARAGRAPH: No refund will be made for unused agreed services. Restrictions and fines apply for non-compliance or cancellations by the tourist according to legal regulations and according to commercial custom in tourism, subject to the penalties of law, for non-compliance by the user in favor of EXPLORA VERDE. EIGHTH: The luggage is transported at the risk and expense of the tourist, therefore, the organizer is not obliged to respond contractually for loss or damage to such belongings or luggage during the trip. NINTH: RIGHT OF ADMISSION.
