    I have had the great fortune of knowing Explora Verde for about 8 years, I have traveled with them in Colombia and I have also been on international trips organized by them in Peru, Spain and Nepal.     Great. If you are in Bogota and what you want is to escape the city, fast and without traffic jams. A delightfully mild climate. A beautiful house lost in the mountains. Trees, fresh air and hummingbirds. Alpine shelters, very comfortable and warm rooms, also camping. Hammocks, fireplace and campfire. Hikes to the Ubaque Lagoon, Cruz Verde and Chingaza Paramos. Claudia and David very special and knowledgeable about the territory and very knowledgeable about the Muysca culture. A very special place

The service provided by David and Claudia is exceptional, their human quality and the love they transmit in each trip make you connect with nature in an extraordinary way. I have had the opportunity to travel with them on different occasions, even out of the country, and I have the best memories of those days. 💚🐾🌳

    They are very hospitable, friendly people, they are clean and in excellent maintenance. They offer more than a stay an experience, in our case they gave us a guided tour with fascinating stories, there are few places that deserve to be called refuges and this is one of them, it is a perfect place if you want to go alone since privacy and security are very good.

    Visiting Refugio Explora Verde is one of the most pleasant experiences of this year. The facilities are spacious, beautiful and very clean, with several options to relax for a while. The territory is super nice and pleasant (the refuge has a great panoramic view of the mountains). The food is delicious and always very well presented. The guided visit to the lagoon was simply magical. And the hosts Claudia and David are super nice, detailed and organized. I will definitely come back :)
