SECOND PARAGRAPH: In order for refunds to be applicable for any reason, they shall be formalized by means of a deposit to an account authorized by the registered passenger and shall be canceled upon presentation of the claim within a term no longer than (30) calendar days. However, if the process takes longer for reasons beyond EXPLORA VERDE's control, it will not recognize any interest on the amounts to be refunded. THIRD PARAGRAPH: No refund will be made for unused agreed services.
