FIRST PARAGRAPH: The tourist who, due to force majeure, is forced to withdraw from the excursion, understanding as force majeure illness not endorsed by the medical assistance card or domestic calamity in first and second degree of consanguinity, will be reimbursed for the services that have not been separated by the travel agency EXPLORA VERDE until the moment, except for the expenses that have been caused or will be caused later for reasons of cancellation, in addition to the discount of the penalty of EXPLORA VERDE. This does not apply in case of no-show on the day and time at the agreed meeting point. SECOND PARAGRAPH: In order for refunds to be applicable for any reason, they shall be formalized by means of a deposit to an account authorized by the registered passenger and shall be canceled upon presentation of the claim within a term no longer than (30) calendar days. However, if the process takes longer for reasons beyond EXPLORA VERDE's control, it will not recognize any interest on the amounts to be refunded. THIRD PARAGRAPH: No refund will be made for unused agreed services. Restrictions and fines apply for non-compliance or cancellations by the tourist according to legal regulations and according to commercial custom in tourism, subject to the penalties of law, for non-compliance by the user in favor of EXPLORA VERDE. EIGHTH: The luggage is transported at the risk and expense of the tourist, therefore, the organizer is not obliged to respond contractually for loss or damage to such belongings or luggage during the trip. NINTH: RIGHT OF ADMISSION.
