The 7 Cascades of the Bromeliads is a magic, virgin and hidden place that is located between Choachí and La Calera. Its waters emanate from the "Serrania de la Noche - Chingaza (in Muysca)". Its creek creates several waterfalls, each with its own particular beauty. To get there, you climb up a path through a very humid cloud forest, full of bromeliads, parallel to the waterfalls, going up to the waterfalls. clinging to the roots which makes it rough but a lot of fun. We will also visit a small lagoon that invites us to reflect on its special beauty.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I CANNOT ATTEND THE OUTING?

CANCELLATION POLICIES FOR ONE-DAY EXPERIENCES (HIKING) On the part of the participants: - If you request a cancellation 8 days in advance and up to 5 days before the start date of the hike you may reschedule or endorse the outing, with no possibility of refund. | If the cancellation is equal to or less than 4 days before the start date of the trek, you will not be able to reschedule but you will be able to endorse the quota. | If you do not show up on the day of departure, there is no possibility of rescheduling or refunding the money paid for the reservation. Explora Verde: In the event that the minimum number of participants for each hike is not reached, the total amount paid by the participant will be refunded. | If due to situations beyond the agency's control it is difficult to carry out the hike (weather conditions, road conditions, public disturbances, among others), the hike will be rescheduled discounting the payments made to third parties, in equal parts between the participant and Explora Verde; reimbursing the remaining amount to the participant if the new date of the hike does not coincide with the new date of departure.

What should I bring to the exit?

1. The weather is cold and wet, bring adequate clothing for walking, shoes with good grip, raincoat and / or coat, hydration and snacks. Warm clothing such as collar, hat, gloves and thermal vest. 2. Bring your lunch for the hike 3. Bring enough hydration in a reusable bottle, for a total of 5 to 6 hours of hiking. 4. Bring your identity card. 5. Suitcase with double loader to carry your personal belongings. 6. Change of clothes, including underwear, socks, shoes if or if you get wet (this will stay on the bus). 7. A plastic bag in case you go to the bathroom, where you can keep your papers or wet wipes, we can not leave a single residue.

Can I bring children and pets?

Yes, it is a hike suitable for children, as long as they like physical activity and nature, we recommend from 12 years old and pay as an adult. It is PROHIBITED the entrance of pets in the National Natural Parks, so leave your pet at home.
