The Tunjaque Hill which in Muysca language is "Mirador de los pueblos". with its 3,600 meters above sea level has a spectacular 360° view of the Blanco River canyon and the Chingaza massif, which when the fog and weather permits, can be observed, Choachí, Fómeque, Ubaque, La Calera, Guasca, and Guatavita.
The hike begins and ends in La Calera's trails, it is a route linear, very demanding but beautiful. Its vegetation is mainly High Andean Forest, passing through the transition between pasture and forest, and at the highest point we find relicts of Paramo.
